Company-Wide Response

All members of management and staff respond as a unified organization and sever all relationships with anti-social forces, including any business relationships. To support the sound development of the national economy and the protection of investors, the Company rejects unjustified demands from anti-social forces and works systematically to eliminate them.

Severance of All Relationships

If a transaction with anti-social forces, or a suspected such transaction, comes to light, the Company severs all relationships, including any business relationship.

Prohibition of Funding and Backroom Dealings

The Company does not provide any funds to anti-social forces or engage in any backroom dealings with them.

Cooperation with External Organizations

To prepare for unjustified demands from anti-social forces, the Company maintains ongoing cooperation with external specialist organizations such as the police, the Center for the Elimination of Organized Crime (Boryokudan), and attorneys.

Response Through Both Civil and Criminal Means

The Company takes legal action against unjustified demands from anti-social forces through both civil and criminal channels.
