Souken Leasing Inc. (the "Company") has established the following framework to respond promptly and appropriately to complaints and disputes from customers.

Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution Measures Relating to the Financial Instruments Business

The Company is a member of the Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association. The Association entrusts the handling of complaints and the mediation of dispute resolution relating to financial instruments transactions to the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (a specified non-profit organization; "FINMAC").

As a Certified Investor Protection Organization under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, FINMAC is a neutral and impartial third-party body certified by the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency, and it provides expert and fair support in resolving complaints and disputes relating to financial instruments transactions.
